Featured members get one professionally written spotlight each month, pinned for up to 24 hours when appropriate. Category Partners get weekly exposure plus one promoted seasonal offer each month. Posts are written and scheduled by our team and follow the group's rules. The group itself is free to join and free to post in — that will never change.

After you subscribe you submit your documents from your dashboard. We check business registration and the owner's identity and phone, plus professional licensing and liability insurance where they apply to your type of business. The badge appears only once every applicable check passes. Paying for a membership never creates a Verified badge on its own.

A customer request is matched with no more than three qualified businesses in that category and service area. Category Partners get first access, Featured members get priority access next, then Verified members. Free listings do not receive distributed requests, though consumers can still contact them directly on their profile.

Membership provides visibility and access to matching opportunities. The number of requests varies by category, location and season. PNW Small Business does not guarantee leads or completed jobs.

Yes. Monthly memberships are month-to-month and annual plans run for the term you paid. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time and your listing stays live through the end of the billing period. Cancelling drops you back to a free listing — your profile and data are not deleted.

The $29 Business Plus price is tied to one of 100 numbered Founding Member seats. Your rate stays at $29 for as long as your membership remains continuously active — that is $1,200 saved over five years versus the $49 rate. Cancelling ends the price lock and releases your seat. You also hold a numbered founding seat (Founding Member #N of 100) and a place on the Founding Member Wall, which goes public after payment, listing approval, your verification details and 14 continuous days of active membership. Yes. Free, Business Plus and Featured listings are unlimited — any number of businesses can appear in the same category and the same city. Paid tiers change your placement and lead priority, not who is allowed to list. The only exclusive tier is Category Partner.

One PNW Small Business membership covers everywhere you qualify to appear — the directory, city and category pages, and Explore the PNW. There is no separate Explore membership or second bill. Your tier decides how you appear on every surface you qualify for — Category Partners lead their category, Featured members sit above Business Plus and free listings, and free listings still show up.

One Category Partner position is available per category within each approved territory. The Category Partner receives the exclusive official partner placement and first access to matching quote requests in that territory. Category Partner exclusivity applies to the official partner position for the agreed category and territory. Other businesses in that category may still be listed and displayed throughout the PNW Small Business Network. A territory may be a city, county, metro area or group of nearby cities, and availability is confirmed before membership activation. Category Partner is an advertising and placement position on this platform only — it does not award, assign or control any customer project. This applies to the Category Partner tier only — all other tiers are unlimited. If your category and territory are already taken, we'll tell you before any payment is taken and offer the next available option.
