One Category Partner position is available per category within each approved territory. The Category Partner receives the exclusive official partner placement and first access to matching quote requests in that territory. Category Partner exclusivity applies to the official partner position for the agreed category and territory. Other businesses in that category may still be listed and displayed throughout the PNW Small Business Network. A territory may be a city, county, metro area or group of nearby cities, and availability is confirmed before membership activation. Category Partner is an advertising and placement position on this platform only — it does not award, assign or control any customer project.

We verify four things before your badge goes live
Submit these from your dashboard and we'll review them.
Business registration
We confirm the business is actively registered with the Secretary of State (or equivalent) in the state it operates in.
Owner identity and phone
Owner and business contact details were checked against supporting records.
Professional license
For licensed trades we look up the license number with Washington L&I, Oregon CCB or Idaho DOPL and confirm it is active and in the business's name.
Proof of liability insurance
Current liability insurance was confirmed from supporting documents or official records.
