Owned by Shelby Scott and run alongside her husband Steve, Tipsy Time rolls a vintage mobile bar right up to your venue — backyard, barn, winery, park, or office. Based in Springfield, Oregon and serving Eugene, Springfield and the wider Willamette Valley, with travel available anywhere in Oregon.

Built for dry events: dirty sodas, Italian sodas, lemonades and mocktails. Perfect for kids' birthdays and corporate parties. Includes 4 hours of serving, 2 servers, up to 6 drink choices, a custom menu, disposable cups/straws/napkins, 60 miles round-trip travel, and a detailed shopping list with quantities based on your guest count.

Beer, wine and 1 signature cocktail. Includes 4 hours of bar service, 2 OLCC-certified bartenders, ice for serving and chilling, disposable cups/straws/cocktail napkins, 60 miles round-trip travel, a detailed liquor shopping list, plus liquor and general liability insurance. Host provides alcohol and mixers.

Beer, wine and 2 signature cocktails with mixers and garnishes provided. 4 hours of bar service. Host provides the alcohol.

Good To Know

  • Fully insured — every event includes general liability and liquor liability insurance.
  • Responsible service — IDs checked for anyone who looks under 25.
  • Package pricing assumes you buy the alcohol, but Shelby is happy to source it for you and pass along the cost.
  • Travel: 60 miles round trip is included; farther out across Oregon is no problem.

The Category Partner receives the exclusive official partner placement and first access to matching quote requests in that territory. Category Partner exclusivity applies to the official partner position for the agreed category and territory. Other businesses in that category may still be listed and displayed throughout the PNW Small Business Network. A territory may be a city, county, metro area or group of nearby cities, and availability is confirmed before membership activation. Category Partner is an advertising and placement position on this platform only — it does not award, assign or control any customer project.

    Quote requests go to paying members first

    Each customer request is shared with no more than 3 businesses, offered in order: Category Partner, then Featured, then Business Plus. Free listings don't receive routed leads.

    Every listing carries one of three labels

    Verified — checked by us. Owner managed — the owner submitted or claimed it. Public info, unclaimed — compiled from public sources, no owner involved yet, and photos may be stock imagery.

    Verified is earned, not purchased

    The PNW Verified badge only appears after our verification process — business registration, owner identity, plus licensing and insurance where they apply. Paying alone never creates a badge.
