During my work investigating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims for the EEOC and the Seattle Office for Civil Rights, I learned how agencies evaluate complaints and where employers are most likely to face risk. I also created and led investigation programs for Alaska Airlines and the City of Seattle, and served as an internal investigator for Microsoft, Apple, and UW Medicine. Those years of experience gave me a practical understanding of what helps protect employers, and what can leave them exposed.
