I'm Stephan. Seen Retail is a one-person web studio in Portland, working with independent local businesses across the Pacific Northwest: trades and home services, wellness, farms, smoke and vape shops, and specialty retail.

I build websites you own outright, from $800 one-time with no monthly fee, usually live within a week of getting your photos and details. Every build includes local search setup, so you show up on Google, in the listings people actually use, and in the answers AI assistants give when someone nearby asks for a recommendation. I also add chat that answers real questions about hours, services and stock, connect your point of sale, and automate what slips: missed calls, review requests, invoices and quotes.

You work with me directly. No account managers, no agency overhead, no jargon. Nothing goes live until you say it's right, there's no cap on revisions, and your site, domain and accounts stay in your name.
