How placement and leads actually work

Paid tiers change order, not who can list

Free, Founding Verified ($29) and Featured ($99) listings are all unlimited — any number of businesses can appear in the same category and city. Paid members simply sort above free ones.

Free listings are never hidden or removed

A free listing stays searchable, keeps its full profile and can be contacted directly at any time. It just appears below paid members in results.

Only Category Partner is exclusive

Category Partner ($299/mo) locks one business per category, per primary service region — for example Fence in Pierce County. Every other tier is shared.

Quote requests go to paying members first

Each customer request is shared with no more than 3 businesses, offered in order: Category Partner, then Featured, then Founding Verified. Free listings don't receive routed leads.

Every listing carries one of three labels

Verified — checked by us. Owner managed — the owner submitted or claimed it. Public info, unclaimed — compiled from public sources, no owner involved yet, and photos may be stock imagery.

Verified is earned, not purchased

The Verified badge only appears after a 4-point check — license (where applicable), insurance, business registration and owner identity. Paying alone never creates a badge.
