I provide alternative medicine services and alternative mental health services.Dr. G provides integrative and holistic health services focused on whole-person wellness, prevention, education, and supportive care. Services include holistic health consultations, natural and integrative medicine, integrative mental health support, peer counseling, wellness coaching, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, chronic wellness support, men’s and women’s health, hormonal wellness, detox and cleansing programs, weight and metabolic wellness, hair, skin and oral health support, energy and immune wellness, and personalized supplement guidance. Dr. G also provides non-diagnostic wellness assessments, laboratory and health test reviews within scope, trauma-informed evaluations, legal health and wellness assessments, and supportive services for individuals facing stress, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Appointments are available through telehealth, mobile/home visits, and in-person services.
