How PNW listings work

Paid tiers change order, not who can list

Free, Business Plus ($29) and Featured ($99) listings are all unlimited — any number of businesses can appear in the same category and city. Paid members simply sort above free ones.

Free listings are never hidden or removed

A free listing stays searchable, keeps its full profile and can be contacted directly at any time. It just appears below paid members in results.

Only Category Partner is exclusive

One Category Partner position is available per category within each approved territory. The Category Partner receives exclusive top placement and first access to matching quote requests in that territory. Other businesses may remain searchable in the directory, and customers may always contact any business directly. A territory may be a county, metro area or group of nearby cities, and availability is confirmed before membership activation.

Quote requests go to paying members first

Each customer request is shared with no more than 3 businesses, offered in order: Category Partner, then Featured, then Business Plus. Free listings don't receive routed leads.

Every listing carries one of three labels

Verified — checked by us. Owner managed — the owner submitted or claimed it. Public info, unclaimed — compiled from public sources, no owner involved yet, and photos may be stock imagery.

Verified is earned, not purchased

The Verified badge only appears after a 4-point check — license (where applicable), insurance, business registration and owner identity. Paying alone never creates a badge.
