Amaya's Bakery

Amaya's Bakery is a full-service bakery offering small batch traditional baked goods, best effort gluten-free, and diabetic friendly goods, all utilizing farm to table ingredients.

Amaya's Bakery is newly open in Oak Harbor at the corner of Fidalgo and Dock Street. Located on the first floor of the historical Loft building, built in 1937 which was originally a barn and feed and seed store.

The philosophy at Amaya's Bakery is that by utilizing farm to table ingredients from local farmers our customers get a healthier more flavorful product. Many of the farmers and producers of ingredients we use are organic and use rotational and sustainable growing practices. Amaya’s Bakery serves traditional small batch baked goods lovingly crafted with attention to detail.

At Amaya’s Bakery we provide Best Effort Gluten Free and diabetic friendly baked goods.
